This is a story of a couple on the Great Loop who "Took the Plunge" by moving aboard full time to motor their vessel to the Gulf of Mexico from Michigan in 2012. Once there they "Simplified" and moved on from the Gulf to the Florida coast of the Atlantic Ocean in 2016. After nine years, and on the move again, plain to finish out the Loop, aboard "Make Me Smile" in the spring of 2025.

3 Years . . .
Three years has passed quickly in Biloxi, MS. Biloxi has been good to us. While the post name will stay the same, the boat has changed! In May 2014 we sold Took the Plunge and purchased Simplified. She is a 36' Endeavour Trawler Catamaran. We love her!
